socks. My skin gets very itchy and irritated between my toes, but only on my left foot. What can you recommend to treat it besides foot spray?
First,I hope the spray you are using is an anti-fungal and not a symptomatic itch reliever because it will encourage fungal growth.
Second, I would suggest using oral terbinafine (antifungal).
Third, one of the reasons that it doesn’t go away is incomplete treatment (non-compliant) because people stop using the topical treatment (spray, gel, cream) when the itch stops where infact they should continue using the topical treatment for atleast 4 weeks following resolution of symptoms.
Fourth, prevention is better. Keep feet as dry as possible. Wear lightweight cotton socks. Change socks everday and especially after exercise. Wear open toed shoes to allow sweat to dry up. Change towels, sheets atleast once a week. Wash at 60 `C. Disinfect the tub bath water after bathing to avoid reinfection. Dry feet well after bath. Do not walk barefoot in public showers and if possible even in your own bathroom.
Hopefully complete treatment and effective prevention should get rid of it for good.

I usually go to fred meyer for them but they only got black, red, and black with flames.
