Ep4: The Interview 2/2

“Oh! Yeah, well I’m wearing John Varvatos.” I said laughing nervously.

“Absolutely stunning, guys! You all look so great! So I heard you’ll perform in AMA tonight?”

“We’ll definitely perform tonight.” Kevin answered him politely.

“Great! I’m sure all of us will be anticipating the performance!” The interviewer complimented.

(a/n im not really good at interviewing. lol)

“Thank you.”, We all said at the same time.

“So, who will be introducing you?” He asked changing my mood.

“We-..” Kevin started but I got so excited and everything so I unintentionally interrupted him.

“DEMI LOVATO! one of our best friends. She will be the one to introduce us tonight.” I answered with extreme happiness.
It felt so good saying her name. I sighed and smiled. I glanced at Kevin and got surprised because of his eyes narrowed at me.
I smiled at him apologetically.

“That’s great to know. Speaking of Demi Lovato, have you guys seen her already tonight?” The interviewer asked us again.

I remembered the moment I saw her earlier, wearing that simple but stunning dress, made me answer the question quiet agitated.

“YES! She looks so stunning!”, I almost jump in enthusiasm.

“We have seen her and she looks so great in the dress she’s wearing.” Kevin added calmly.

“I agree. She absolutely looks gorgeous tonight. And I heard that there will be a Camp Rock 2, when are you guys going to start filming it?” The interviewer asked changing the subject.

“I heard the due date for the production will be in late spring next year. After all the tours and everything. Me and my brothers are so excited to film it already. And we are so thankful to our fans who supported the first movie which leads us in doing a sequel for them.” Kevin stated thoughtfully. I know Kevin’s pointing on me with his quick glance. I dont have reasons to blame him, Im totally excited to film the sequel.

“And it’ll be a LOT better than the first one.” I played along with my brother.

“That’s exciting. Will you guys tell us something about it?”

I laughed and answered, “the bonus Jonas will be participating!”

“Yeah, our younger brother, Frankie.” Nick added.

“And we’re totally excited about it! All main characters will be returning for more fun and music.” Kevin continued.

“I think there will be new characters..” Nick’s tone sounded a little unsure.

“that makes it more exciting! And I think there will be a rival camp.” I added.

The interviewer’s face lit up. It’s as if he’s going to ask us something utterly absurd.

“Sounds totally exciting. A lot of people has been asking, is there will be a kissing scene for Camp Rock 2?” He chuckled.

“let’s ask Joe.” Kevin teased me. I gave him a look.

“well.. I don’t know yet.” I blushed and looked away — wishing they hadnt noticed.

“Well, if they put it in the storyline, would you like to have a kissing scene with Demi Lovato?” the interviewer giggled.

Ohmygod. What will I say?

“w-well.. ss-sure. Of coo-ourse..” is all I could manage. I stuttered infront of them trying to think of some excuses. From the corner of my eyes, once again, I saw Kevin smirked.
I knew it. He won’t stop teasing me. He’ll have his day! I glanced at him furiously when I heard the interviewer laughed.

“That’s quiet a moment there, Joe.” The interviewer pressed. Darn it! I made it so obvious.

“But I have one more question for you” He continued. I nod and let a little sigh as I looked down at my shoes.

“Is it true, that you and Camilla Belle are going out?”

I stiffened, startled and gasped all at the same time hearing Camilla’s name all of a sudden. I looked up quickly at Kevin and saw his worried look. I dont think I’m going to enjoy answering this question. I can feel my blood rising as if Im about to explode any moment.

This issue isn’t new to me. to us. and to all of the people. I can’t believe how Camilla –or maybe someone else– opened this out in public and make them believe it’s true. This story is ENTIRELY false! This is a lie. It’s insane how some got convinced.

Suddenly, I felt a tapped on my shoulders and saw Kevin’s encouraging face. I have to calm down. Joe, you need to calm down. I sighed heavily before anything else.

“Listen, I hate rumors because they aren’t true and leave me a night full of nightmares.” I said plainly. The interviewer flashed me a puzzled face.

“And believe me, I’m not going out with Camilla Belle. I’m dating nobody. And that’s it. Period.” I continued in a furious tone.

I can see him still puzzled but nodding. I smirked and looked at Kevin with a proud face. I saw him smiling at me. I’m proud of myself blurting the truth out of my mouth not thinking of the consequences.

But God, It felt so good.

Now, I’ll leave the rest of it for all the fans to believe. or not to believe. It’s up to them.
